Savannah Chrisley He will take care of her Younger brother and niece His parents are Todd and Julie Chrisley He has been sentenced to prison for fraud and tax offences.
Chrisley spoke about the custody arrangement on her podcast “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley” in an episode aired Tuesday, during which she said she knew it was possible her parents wouldn’t come home.
“I can come home without both my parents,” he said before their sentencing on Monday. “That’s the possibilities. That’s the possibility, that’s my new nature.”
He continued: “I’m coming home on Tuesday, I have a 16-year-old and a 10-year-old in custody, and we’re not having our first Thanksgiving as a family.”
“I’ve never been away from my family on vacation,” he said. “Show me where I’m coming from, understand, show me and my family some kindness and stop the negative comments because it hurts.”
Todd Chrisley was sentenced to 12 years in prison, with three years of supervised release. Julie Chrisley was sentenced in June to seven years in prison and three years of supervised release
Savannah Chrisley, 25, the couple’s eldest daughter, said their prison sentences left her grieving “the loss of a parent who is still alive.”
