Skipping the line was even sweeter for three Scotiabank customers.
Not only did Gilonry Charles, Della Fletcher and Ian Noel complete their transactions seamlessly and in record time at the ATM – they also each won an IPhone courtesy of Scotiabank.
Della expressed both surprise and excitement at being the contest winner when collecting her prize at the Grand Anse Branch.
Country Manager, Roger Archer, said: “It’s always a good feeling to satisfy customers. At Scotiabank one of our top priorities is to make it easier for customers to do business with us.
“We’ve put a lot of work into developing our multichannel banking platforms including our online and mobile banking app as well as the ATM so that our customers can access their accounts whenever and wherever they want”, he added.
Archer went on: “To assist customers take advantage of the new channels, we have engaged dedicated staff members to provide hands-on demonstrations of how to access and use these channels to perform everyday tasks such as paying bills, making credit card payments and topping up their mobile phones.”
As customers have increasingly less time at their disposal, the Bank has begun a strong push encouraging customers to try both electronic banking and digital banking channels to enhance banking convenience.
Both non-traditional channels give customers control and access to their account 24 hours a day.
