Grenada is now the 11th market to be totally transformed as the new retail brand Flow replaces the former LIME and Flow brands due to the successful merger of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc and Columbus Communications Inc.
“Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique will enjoy the benefits of our combined strength as a unified operation as is the case for our other markets across the region which have so far experienced the transformation,” said James Pitt, Country Manager.
He went on: “The new dynamic Flow brand encapsulates everything that is positive about Grenada and the Caribbean; the beauty of the region, the warmth of the people coupled with their passion and drive for growth and development in a culture of excellence where we strive to be the best”, he added.
“The new organisation brings together 150 years of Cable & Wireless’ legacy and tradition of expertise, with the innovation, agility and customer focused spirit of Columbus.
“As the nation says a fond farewell to LIME and a warm “Spice Island” hello to the new Flow, the people of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique can expect a dynamic new culture of innovation, superior customer service, and technical excellence, backed by investments in technology, people and community.
“As the new Flow we are placing the customer at the heart of what we do. The customer will define excellence and our systems, processes, products and services will be tailored to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations of us.
The Country Manager added, “Our renewed focus provides us with a unique opportunity to create a new future in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique with the new Flow. Our customers, employees and partners will experience a totally transformed culture and way of doing business.
“The Company aims to deliver the most comprehensive portfolio of telecoms services anywhere in the region, this includes a complete transformation of service delivery including the introduction of our new concept retail store designed to offer customers a new and enhanced experience with all the bells and whistles”, he said.
The celebration of the launch of the new Flow brand began on April 21, with an employee event and will culminate on Friday, April 22nd with a press conference at the Radisson Hotel.
The new brand is dynamic, confident, inspiring and one that engages the consumer totally.
