The conference will be conducted via live simulcast to hundreds of locations around the world through broadcasting sponsorship from FLOW Grenada.

This year marks the 16th annual conference, and the first year that the Business Support Centre will be hosting the event at the Radisson Grand Beach Resort under the theme, “Architects of Tomorrow.”

Leadercast, which was built on a belief that the world needs better leaders in business, organisations, communities and homes, is geared to equip leaders, business owners and managers with the right tools to create their own visionary path.

During the official launch of the event last week Wednesday at the Radisson in Grand Anse, St. George, Business Support Centre Administrator, Tanisha Paul, said: “The Business Support Centre saw it fit to bring this event to Grenada this year because we believe if we have better leaders then we will have a better country and that is what the Business Support is all about really – equipping, influencing, inspiring, and growing individuals and businesses, getting persons to move past where they are to where they should be.”

Paul said the event is not limited to a particular group of people or organisations but targets every individual.

“So persons we look at include small business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, persons interested in leadership. It’s open to everyone who is interested,” she explained.

Paul said tickets for the event cost EC$395 noting that a mixed group of companies have already purchased tickets for the event.

“We have persons from the law firms, financial institutions, doctors et cetera from different backgrounds showing interest in this event,” she remarked.

Managing Director Business Support Centre, Hilary Lawrence,  noted that over the years

“Leadercast had an incredible array of powerful businesses and leadership voices racing to stage the event including leaders in business as well as top level athletes, entertainers and executives of global enterprises to non-profit organizations.”

This year’s key inspirational speakers and visionaries include persons like Steve Wozniak, Co Founder of Apple. Inc.; Andy Stanley, Leadership Author and Communicator; James Brown – Network Broadcaster, CBS Sports and News; Chris Barez-Brown, Author and Creativity Guru and Tripp Crosby, Host of Leadercsast, Comedian and Director;  Nick Saban, Head Football Coach, The University of Alabama;  Henry Cloud, Acclaimed Leadership Expert, Clinical Psychologist and Best Selling Author, among others.

Lawrence said these motivational speakers are expected to inspire participants to see and think differently.
