Measures are being put in place to increase the security and comfort of customers using Scotiabank’s ATM in Grenville.
Country Head for Scotiabank, Roger Archer said the bank was working on both immediate and long-term solutions to address customers’ concerns about the ATM’s location.
“We have heard the concerns from our customers and take these comments very seriously. We are working to find a prompt solution and anticipate having the matter fully resolved by March 1, 2016”, he said.
Archer assured the public that the bank has already moved to improve the lighting and will enhance its camera coverage in the area.
“To continue providing service to our customers, especially over the busy holiday season, the ATM will remain open while we work on addressing the concerns raised,” he said.
