Three days of free local Digicel to Digicel calls and SMS coupled with 200MG of 4G data at the cost of $9.99.
That’s the new Digicel’s prepaid voice plan available to Grenadians.
Termed “Digicel ZERO,” the promotion was launched last Friday at the Melville Street branch.
According to the company’s CEO, Ciaran Burke, this new voice plan is expected to deliver more value for money to Digicel prepaid customers.
“As a result of the changing way in which people manage their busy lives nowadays, the demands for affordable data services is critical to allow customers and trusted loved ones, friends and family throughout the week and weekends, whether it’s on the bus, while walking to work or even at the beach on the weekends,” said Burke.
Burke is confident that this new promotion will show customers what true value really is all about.
He described the new initiative as one that will help customers “stay ahead of the challenging times in which we live and to provide the radiance of the best world class services in which to communicate today”.
“…Digicel is launching a new innovative product that we believe
demonstrates our understanding of what real value means to our valued customers and for all of Grenadians,” he said.
Burke acknowledged that customers now want flexibility to communicate what they want to say, when they want to say it and how they want to say it and this is what Digicel is providing.
“Customers will now be able to chat with all of their friends and family and text for as long as they like for 72 hours. I think this plan is fantastic for weekends, especially coming up to the summer months for carnival and while you riding the bus to work or while at the beach”, he said.
“…Customers are now more aware of a widely range of options available to them and we think that Digicel with Digicel Zero – that it would continue to ensure our customers and Grenadians have access to the latest and best technology and the more innovative products and services,” he added.
