Digicel has announced that it will give out $10,000 CASH during the first ever cricket test match between England and the West Indies at the National Stadium in Grenada, between April 21 to 25.
The telecommunications provider launched a special promotion on March 4 that will run until April 17.
Every time prepaid customers top up by $12 or more or activate a Digicel 4G data plan, they are automatically entered to win the $10,000 grand prize.
In addition, postpaid customers who pay their bills on or before March 29 will also be able to win in the promotion that is geared towards creating excitement around the games.
One lucky Digicel customer will be able to walk away in the end with $10,000 cash.
Both prepaid and postpaid Digicel customers can also secure additional chances in the final draw by playing the Cricket Bowl for Cash Text to Win Game.
Customers can text the word CRICKET to the short code 7171 to play.
Upon texting, customers will receive various words synonymous with the game of cricket. However, these letters will be scrambled. The fun challenge will now be to unscramble the letters to form the correct word and text back to 7171 for successful entry into the grand draw.
The more correct answers sent will mean more entries. Customers have until midnight on Friday, April 17 to enter. The promotion details can be found on Digicel Grenada’s official website.
All Digicel customers can enter this promotion as well as new customers who are signing up for Digicel service in Grenada.
