Clear Harbor’s Boston Incentive Winners

Joy & QuaverIn February 2012, one of Clear Harbor’s clients launched an incentive program to reward  and encourage consistency and excellence in performance at both the Associate & Support level.

This program rewards 2 employees a trip to Boston, Massachusetts annually to spend a week with the Retail Robotic Client they service.

Clear Harbor in collaboration with their client, proudly announces the 2014 Boston Winners; Quaver Garraway & Joy Langaigne.

Quaver Garraway joined the Clear Harbor team in January 2012 as an Associate. His contribution to the program’s Customer Satisfaction  Scores, Quality & Sales results has been invaluable.

Quaver has also demonstrated his consistency by being one of the program’s top performers for the last three consecutive years.

Joy Langaigne joined the Clear Harbor team in 2008 and has held several positions including her present position of Supervisor. She actually spearheaded the roll-out of the Quality Assurance Form which was the start of the Boston Incentive.

As Clear Harbor continues to improve every day, they are happy to have employees in their Company who understand their clients’ goals and expectations, and are willing to work towards accomplishing them. As the employees reap their rewards, they are reminded of the saying “We are what we repeatedly do; excellence is not an act but a habit”.
