Look towards HSG

from samsung 2500The Horticultural Society of Grenada (HSG) recently held four workshops over the months November and December for those enthusiastic members of the Society who have a passion for the designing and arranging of fresh flowers.

The workshops were organised by well known florist, Jackie Mitchell, with assistance from Cathy John and Hillary McNeilly and held at the Public Workers Union, Tanteen, St George’s.

According to a release from HSG, the results were very encouraging and all participants displayed originality and imagination.

“The workshops reflect the Society’s continuing commitment to developing a skilled membership with the ability to represent Grenada at home and at other flower shows both regionally and internationally. Grenada has a history of excellence and success in competitive Shows and the HSG therefore considers our continued representation and participation internationally to be of great importance”, the release said.
