Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited has again copped the prestigious Eastern Caribbean Currency Union’s (ECCU) Best Corporate Citizen Award.
The award was presented at the 18th Sir Arthur Lewis Memorial Lecture held in St. Kitts on November 6.
Naomi De Allie General Manager – Credit, was present at the lecture and accepted the award on behalf of Republic Bank (Grenada) Ltd.
The Best Corporate Citizen Award is presented each year to the bank in the currency union that is adjudged to have carried out its corporate social responsibility to the highest level in the areas of: Educational Development, Community Outreach & Social Services, Environmental Awareness, Sports, Cultural Development, Customer Service and Financial Education & Empowerment.
Republic Bank (Grenada) Ltd won the individual awards for Customer Service, Sports, and Environmental Awareness.
In commenting on the Bank’s envious achievement, Managing Director, Keith Johnson remarked: “We are extremely delighted to have been recognised for our efforts at building the communities we serve. We especially aim to provide superior customer service and making a positive difference in society. These awards are a testament to the dedication, commitment, and professionalism of staff, and the foresight and counsel of our Board of Directors.”
