The recipients were chosen from each parish in Grenada, and also in Carriacou.

The names of the recipient were submitted to the Company by the Ministry of Social Services and presentations were made by various members of staff including General Manager, Ciscley Gabriel.

In presenting to the individual in St. David, Gabriel said “it is a humbling and satisfying (feeling) to be able to give back to society, especially at this time of year when people go the extra mile to show love for mankind”.

Unemployed parents, shut-ins, disabled persons and a cancer victim were among the recipients.

The Country Cold Store team journeyed throughout Grenada in order to make the presentations and the gift for Carriacou was sent in care of the Ministry of Social Services, Carriacou.

According to CEO and founder of the Company, James Lewis, “We believe in our people. They continue to patronise us and we feel very deeply about giving back to them”.

Country Cold Store’s customers are also winning great prizes in the Company’s 6th annual “Peel and Win promotion.”
