Marketing Manager – Kelly Rawlston Mitchell presents prize to the second place winners of the Budget Marine Spice Island Billfish Tournament

For the second consecutive year, LIME has gotten involved with the Budget Marine Spice Island Billfish Tournament by providing a number of their top-of-the-line products and services.

The company came on board as a sponsor by providing high speed internet to all members of the planning committee, in addition to the participants and spectators of the tournament.

The telecommunications giant also provided an Alcatel Tablet as a prize for the local aspect of the competition – a coveted item from their line of devices.

The Alcatel Tablet was made popular through the company’s recently concluded ‘Upgrade Christmas’ promotion.




The tablet served as the overall second prize for the local tournament.

Representing the company at the event, Marketing Manager, Kelly Rawlston Mitchell acknowledged the longevity of the competition.

He also applauded the talent of the participants and the exposure derived from the event.

“This is a great opportunity to exhibit our island to other members of the Caribbean community. It truly takes talent and a high level of precision and skill to achieve what these individuals achieve here today. I also want to commend the planning committee for yet again coordinating a great event”, he said.

The Billfish tournament ended last weekend.
