LIME surprised 5 lucky winners of its Talk XL promotion.
The winning customers – Alisha Wilson, Jeanelle St. Bernard, Jeremy Fraser, Ian Thomas and Gordon Paterson – won cash for simply talking on their LIME mobile phones for 5 minutes or more.
As part of the Talk XL promotion, all prepaid customers automatically get 30 minutes free once they passed the 5 minute threshold. They are also entered into the draw to win cash prizes each week.
In addition, customers visiting the LIME stores can also win weekly vouchers from Cathwills’ Stationery and Real Value Supermarket when they top up $20 or more, pay their bills in full and on time, purchase a handset or sign up for new services.
Apart from the ongoing Talk XL value offer, LIME also announced one of its first Christmas deals of the season.
On October 15, the company launched its Christmas Broadband promotion, offering customers 50% off the first two months rental along with a free gift voucher towards the purchase of a device or accessory.
Fixed Line customers can also sign up for LIME’s Landline World Pak which gives customers 1,000 minutes to call the US, UK Fixed Lines and Canada for only $35 per month.
Customers can also look out for great specials during the weekly Wacky Wednesday promotions.
During the first week of October, the company also celebrated Customer Service Week, recognising both its internal and external customers.
As part of the observance of Customer Service Week, customers were treated to snacks and drinks in store while long standing customers were presented with gift vouchers and certificates, inducting them into LIME’s Royal Loyal Club.
Additionally, LIME’s senior management made visits to Corporate and Retail customers throughout the week.
LIME team members were also treated to lunch to end Customer Service week on the Friday.
