The plight of St. Andrew’s Anglican School

DUST! DUST! DUST!

PRESSURE! PRESSURE! PRESSURE!

SUFFERING! SUFFERING! SUFFERING!

PAIN! PAIN! PAIN!

HURTING! HURTING! HURTING!

WHY! WHY! WHY!

These are the plights and cries of the parents, guardians, staff and pupils of the St. Andrew’s Anglican School, Grenville – a noble and outstanding learning institution.

Who is watching who? Who is hearing who?  Who is listening to us?  No one, except the Almighty God who is protecting those innocent children and the hard working staff.  Is this their reward for hard work, discipline and dedication?  Did they commit a crime?  Does any one care?

I am calling on those in authority to please listen and kindly put a hand and come to their rescue.  Too much talk, promises and no results.  Too many words and no action.

They are crying out Dust! Dust! Dust! Help! Help! Help!  The dust is causing so much problems especially now as we are into the dry season.  Dust is flying all over including the inside of the buildings.  Look at the children’s clothes, look at their shoes.

Could you imagine, especially as we are experiencing windy conditions. Breathing is becoming a problem, a serious respiratory problem.  Could you imagine those who are suffering from asthma? And when it rains, the dust becomes slippery and muddy.  Could you imagine that if anyone slip and slide what will happen?  Think! Think! Think!

I am once again calling on the authorities to please show and demonstrate some love.  Show some concern.  They are our children.  They are the nation’s children.  They are God’s children.  Don’t wait until it gets too late.  Remember these children are our future generation – we can’t afford to lose them due to lung problems and other physical, social, psychological and mental problems all because of negligence.
